Q-1 How can I order service?

A-1 You can call us at 512.280.4037 or email us at info@hillcountrysprings.com. water delivery service is on a once every three week schedule.

Q-2 What hours can water be delivered?

A-2  Commercial customers are scheduled during regular business hours. Residential customer orders can be dropped off at your residence even if you are not home,just leave your empties out so we may pick them up. Remember that we are here to service your needs.

Q-3 How will I be billed?

A-3 We have two options. You can pay directly from the invoice or receive monthly billing statement.

Q-4 What happens if I run out or something goes wrong with my equipment?

A-4 Just give us a call at 512.280.4037 and we will send some one out to fix any problems you may have.

A-5 Unlike the competition, we are a local company. Our water is drawn from a protected source and our quality of products and service are a step above the rest.

Q-6 What types of water do you provide?

A-6 We carry several types of water including: Spring water, Drinking water, Purified water ,half liter individally bottled drinking water and commercial reverse osmosis water filteration system.

Q-7 What type of service contracts do you offer?

A-7 We do not require service contracts, our service is on a month to month basis. We feature prompt personal service with convient, easy terms.
